Cold roll forming machine is a kind of roll bending processing equipment which is made of special section profiles by means of the multi-pass forming rolls which are sequentially configured. The metal strip such as coiled meterial and strip is continuously bent horizontally. As the mechanical performance of cross-section is better than hot-rolled sectional steel products', cold-formed profiles show advantage on surface finish and dimensional accuracy, as well as meterial saving, energy saving and production efficiency. Cold-formed profile become widely used.

KK-RF-70C: Single motor, single chain transmission, shaft diameter 70mm.
KK-RF-55C: Single motor, single chain transmission, shaft diameter 55mm.

Roller designe
Excellent roll design technology is the core capability of roll forming machine design. We have completed the roll design of various sections of roll forming profile in years of design, and have rich experience in forming stress analysis and complex section deformation calculation. Roll manufacturing is commissioned by a professional company and according with the following process: material → forging → flaw detection → annealing → initial turning → quenching → flaw detection → half turning → tuning → grinding(surface and hole) → key trough → burnishing.
