KK-7 series profiling milling saw is a kind of two-blade flying saw which is normally used in cutting off tubes with big diameter and wall-thickness during tube production. The two blades are installed oppositely on one rotary disk, move in R-θ mode to cut off tubes. When the system works, the two blades move along radius direction straightly to the center of tube section until break the surface of tube(R), then, rotary disk take the two blades rotating around the center of tube section until cut off the tube(θ). The path of rotation is similar to the profile of tube section.

KK-7 series saw are controlled by advanced SIEMENS Simotion and ProfiNet system. Seven servo motors are used in carriage in total, including feeding system, rotary system and blade system.
