The followings are the maintenance items need to be done at certain frequency:
- Add Calcium based lipid in the position of bearing base(feed-in bearings)
- Add Calcium based lipid in reducer box once a month
- Add Calcium based lipid in the position of rack and pinion once every 10 days
- Clean iron chippings on the machine and in the cooling water once every 10 days
The following items should be checked every 6 months
- Check the sliding surface for damage and wear to see if there is excessive wear
- Check whether the piping and connections at air compressor part are damaged
- Check the cleanliness of the oil pump in the hydraulic station, clean and replace it with a new one

Check the gear oil in the gearbox, make sure it is clean.
