Flying cold saw in tube mill production line, it is working all the time during the tube production. Just like human being need do something to keep healthy, machines need maintenance to keep the best working performance.
 
The followings are the maintenance items need to be done at certain frequency:

1. Add Calcium based lipid in the position of bearing base(feed-in bearings)
2. Add Calcium based lipid in reducer box once a month
3. Add Calcium based lipid in the position of rack and pinion once every 10 days
4. Clean iron chippings on the machine and in the cooling water once every 10 days

 
The following items should be checked every 6 months

1. Check the sliding surface for damage and wear to see if there is excessive wear
2. Check whether the piping and connections at air compressor part are damaged
3. Check the cleanliness of the oil pump in the hydraulic station, clean and replace it with a new one
4. Check the gear oil in the gearbox, make sure it is clean.
