In C channel steel production, if the operator need to change the production into another C channel steel production with another size, they need change the blade accordingly. It happens frequently especially the mill produce C channels in a lot of size.
We have made a design to make the blade replacement quite easy.

Operator loose the screws, and remove the fix board(pinky color in the picture)

After the fix-board is removed, the blade can be removed also

Put a new blade in the position
