China's first double-head flying cold saw

Aiming at the fact that the speed of the flying saw production line is very slow when the customer is producing short pipes, which affects the customer’s production efficiency. In order to improve the production efficiency of short pipes, Kaikong has developed and produced a double-head flying cold saw that cuts both saw heads at the same time. This is the first time that dual saw head technology has been applied to flying cold saws in China
The two saw heads of the double-head flying cold saw can cut at the same time, or you can choose to cut with a single head. The advantage of the double-headed flying cold saw is that when cutting pipes with a short length, it can cut using two saw heads at the same time, so that two pipes can be cut at the same time in one cutting cycle, so as to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency. Solve the shortcomings of low production efficiency for single-head flying cold saw. When long pipes need to be cut, the secondary saw head of the double-head saw can be turned off, and the flying cold saw can cut with a single saw head, which is convenient, simple and fast to switch. The following is a field application case of a double-head flying cold saw: The double-head flying cold saw is used to produce high-strength steel pipes of tube type 100*50*4, and the cutting length is required to be between 2500mm and 12000mm. If it cut using a single-head flying cold saw, the production line speed of 2500mm length pipe can only reach about 15m/min at the fastest. If the double-head saw is used for cutting at the same time, the production line speed can be increased to about 30m/min, which greatly improves the production efficiency
