Electronic control system of flying cold saw based on Siemens

      The control system of KK-5S flying cold saw is the latest Siemens  system developed by our company. This system is based on Siemens Simotion D series motion controller, connects each servo controller and encoder module through Drive-Cliq; connects remote IO module and HMI man-machine interface and other components through ProfiNet bus.

 

 

       The core components of the system are all Siemens brand, the servo controller of the saw drive shaft and feed axis uses Siemens S120 series, and the servo motor uses 1FT7/1FK7/1PH8 series synchronous motor, which has good motion characteristics and fast response speed; the sawing shaft can be according to customer requirements, choose a new generation of Siemens G120C series inverter or choose S120 series servo. If customers have special requirements, books-type servo modules can also be used to achieve higher performance.

 

 

 

      The original motion curve of our company is used in the system, and the operation is smooth and stable; the saw blade feed axis adopts multi-stage variable speed feed to ensure the sawing effect, prolong the service life of the saw blade, and integrate the automatic tool setting function at the origin; the sawing drive shaft adopts torque protection, if the set torque is exceeded, it will automatically stop to protect the saw blade.
