Hydraulic flying cutting or punching for on-line C-forming, tube, bar, etc.
 

• Cutting or punching by high-strength alloy steel die or knife with hydraulic power.
• Servo motor equipped with high-precision planetary reducer, driven by gear and rack transmission, cutting (hole spacing) precision ±1mm or higher.
• High-precision linear guide rail system are used for long term stabilization.
• Accumulator should be selected for fast cutting (punching).
• With up and down, right and left adjustment motor, adapt to the change of material profile and rolling bottom line.
• Moulds can be replaced, applicable to a variety of materials.
